Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the mobile game Street Free Throw published by Bunny Duck Studio. The game is designed as a primarily single-player experience and does not require a Bunny Duck Studio account.

2. Information Processed by the Game

Street Free Throw stores certain gameplay information locally on your device in order to operate the game. This may include settings, game progress, scores, virtual currency balances, unlocked content, and purchase status such as whether the Remove Ads product has been purchased.

Bunny Duck Studio does not operate its own account server for Street Free Throw and does not directly collect your name, postal address, phone number, or payment-card information through normal gameplay.

3. Advertising and Google Mobile Ads

Street Free Throw uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to provide banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:

• Approximate location derived from information such as an IP address;
• Device identifiers or advertising identifiers, where permitted;
• Advertising data and information about ads viewed or interacted with;
• Product interaction data such as app launches, taps, or ad/video interactions;
• Crash information and performance or diagnostic data.

This information may be used to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising services and, where permitted by applicable law and your device settings, to personalize or measure advertising.

4. Game Center

Street Free Throw may use Apple Game Center for leaderboard features. When you use Game Center, Apple may process your Game Center profile information and leaderboard activity under Apple's own privacy terms. Street Free Throw submits supported score information to Game Center so that leaderboard features can operate.

5. In-App Purchases

Street Free Throw offers an optional non-consumable in-app purchase to remove certain advertisements. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Bunny Duck Studio does not receive or store your payment-card or bank-account information.

The game may receive transaction or entitlement status from Apple so that the purchased feature can be activated or restored.

6. Data Sharing

Information may be processed by third-party service providers that are necessary to provide the features described above, including Google for advertising services and Apple for Game Center and App Store purchases. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information directly to third parties.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay data is generally stored on your device. Deleting the app may remove locally stored game data, subject to platform backup or restore features.

Information processed by Apple, Google, or their partners may be retained according to those providers' policies and applicable law. Bunny Duck Studio cannot directly delete data controlled solely by those third-party providers.

If you contact us by email, we may retain your email address and message as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting us.

8. Your Privacy Choices

• You can manage Apple privacy and tracking permissions in your device settings.
• You can choose whether to watch optional rewarded advertisements.
• You can manage Game Center through your Apple account and device settings.
• You can delete the app to remove locally stored game data from the device, subject to platform backup features.

9. Children's Privacy

Street Free Throw is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal contact information directly to Bunny Duck Studio through the game. Advertising and platform services may apply additional protections based on region, age settings, and applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
